Winner will receive a gift certificate for one free flight (non-tethered) for two persons or tethered flight event for up to 30 invited guests.  Location and time of free flight or tether event to be determined by balloon owner and will take place within one year of drawing date. Passengers aboard a free flight (non-tethered) must be over 18 years of age on date of the flight.  Free flight passengers must sign a waiver of release and passenger briefing form, be in generally good health, not pregnant, and meet certain weight requirements (there is a weight limit depending upon weather on the date of the flight).  All passengers under the age of 18 for a tethered flight event must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All flight time is funded by the balloon owner, pilot and/or crew. The American Red Cross does not fund Big Red or any expenses associated with the Balloon and it's crew. Triangle Area Red Cross employees and Big Red crew members are not eligible to win.
